Pop star Lily Allen took to Twitter on Tuesday (27th October) to reveal that she wrote the song ‘Something’s Not Right’ for the new movie Pan, about losing her child in 2010.

‘5 years ago today I was admitted to hospital. 4 days later I delivered a beautiful baby boy, but sadly he didn’t make it. It’s unlike me to discuss this sort of thing so publicly but I wrote this song in his memory when writing something for @panmovie’.

The film, a prequel to Peter Pan, stars Hugh Jackman as the pirate Blackbeard and apart from two songs by Allen (Something’s Not Right and Little Soldier) the soundtrack also features the cast singing Nirvana’s Smells Like Teen Spirit and the RamonesBlitzkrieg Bop.

Since launching her chart career in 2006 Lily Allen has scored ten UK Top 10 hits including the No 1’s Smile, The Fear and her cover of Keane’s Somewhere Only We Know.
