Job Overview

As part of the Sales & Channel Scheduling team, your focus will be to ensure all adverts & music videos are played out correctly across our estate and to assist in campaign sales from start to finish. Job Purpose

  • Ensure commercials & music videos are ingested properly for playout.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams (digital, CRM, operations, IT) to ensure Sales always have the best information to hand.

 

Core Responsibilities

Agency Sales Support:

    • Corresponding with clients (media buying agencies) for national TV advertising campaigns.
    • Managing campaign billings.
    • Assembling post campaign reports on PowerPoint.
    • Building & maintaining good rapport with all clients, including attending social events.
    • Capturing high quality campaign photos at the student venues, to send back to clients.
    • Answering phone calls.

Channel Programming: Clearing and ingesting adverts & music videos, scheduling adverts & music videos and inputting metadata.

Digital: Aiding development of Subtv’s digital touch points for brands, bands & fans across mobile, app and social media.

Other tasks: Building and maintaining relationships with internal teams (digital, CRM, operations, IT) to ensure Sales always have the best information to hand.
